Ludovic Iochem is a VFX executive, VFX Supervisor and Art Director with experience leading teams through growth and technical challenges, blending creative and operational leadership across VFX for Films and Television.

The first decade of his career was spent hands-on as an artist and supervisor, specializing in Digital Matte Painting. He was drawn to the most technically and creatively complex aspects of the craft and contributed to developing Matte Painting Projection techniques and integrating them into VFX pipelines.
Over the last ten years, He's taken on leadership roles focused on managing change and improving collaboration. As Head of CG at DNEG, he led teams in London and Montreal while working closely with Vancouver and India to refine global workflows. More recently, as Head of Studio at MPC Montreal, he broadened his scope to business strategy, production, and studio operations, gaining a deeper understanding of how to make a VFX studio run efficiently.

He believes in leading by example—being hands-on when needed, supporting his teams, and fostering an environment where people can do their best work.

In 2025, Ludovic founded Sharpen Edges Visual Effects and moved back to Supervision as an on set VFX Supervisor, VFX Supervisor and Art Director.
Through this company, he's providing pre-production, on set supervision and post-production services for Films and TV projects.

BECKY GRAHAM
vfx supervisor

Becky Graham is a senior VFX Supervisor who worked on over 25 films and TV titles including Inception, Captain America: The first avenger, Thor 2: The Dark World and Fast and Furious. Coming from a background in Fine Art, she is a commissioned oil paint artist. She started out her vfx career in London at Double Negative and MillFilm as a matchmove artist 24 years ago.

She stayed 22 years at DNEG, working as a 3D Generalist first, and moving up the ranks as a Sequence Lead and Sequence Supervisor, developing experience in most of the CG Departments, modeling, texturing, lookdev, lighting.
She then joined DNEG’s New Business department and became a bidding supervisor, creating VFX breakdowns from scripts and client briefs, along with contributing to several pitch projects as primary artist.
Becky moved to DFX Supervisor in 2018 to work on an immersive experience at the Leavesden Studios Harry Potter tour, recreating the Gringotts Dragon, before moving to Montreal to work on Death On The Nile, and Bhoot.

Since 2021, as a VFX Supervisor, Becky has worked on all 3 seasons of The Gilded Age for HBO, and The Witcher: Blood Origins for Netflix.
She developed her on-set Supervision skills for Fast and Furious 6 (shooting in Bovingdon Airfield, Leavesden, and an extended 6 weeks location shoot in Tenerife), Thor: The Dark World, Captain America, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and the Gringotts Bank immersive experience, all shooting in London.
